  • Fixed-price projects are quoted based on requirements.

  • All payments must be made in advance or as per milestone agreement.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in project suspension.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed scope.
  • Additional changes beyond scope may incur extra charges.
  • Once the project is approved and delivered, further changes will be considered new work.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and custom development services:

  • No refunds are provided once work has started.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed or partially completed work.
  • If an issue occurs due to our mistake, we will fix it at no extra cost.

7. Support & Maintenance

  • We provide limited post-delivery support depending on the project agreement.
  • Ongoing support or maintenance requires a separate agreement.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by:
    • Third-party plugins
    • WordPress core updates
    • Hosting/server issues
    • Client-side modifications

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Once full payment is completed, the client owns the delivered work.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
  • Any third-party plugins or themes remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements
  • Respond timely to queries
  • Backup your website before work begins
  • Ensure access credentials are valid and secure

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late responses.

10. Limitation of Liability

Swrice shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of data or business
  • Website downtime due to hosting issues
  • Plugin conflicts or third-party updates
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

11. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and do not share:

  • Source code
  • Login credentials
  • Business data
  • Private communications

12. Third-Party Services

  • Hosting services

We are not responsible for changes, pricing, or failures caused by third-party services.

  • Abusive or unethical behavior occurs
  • Payment is not completed
